Paul Christensen joined Glen Cowan and Associates in 2023, bringing over a decade of valuation experience with a specialized focus on the northern Alberta and British Columbia markets. Paul specializes in a diverse range of property types, including agricultural, residential, and commercial real estate, with particular focus on industrial, office, retail, investment, gas bar/convenience store, and hotel valuations — providing clients with trusted, comprehensive valuation services throughout western Canada.Outside of work, Paul is a father of two and enjoys exploring the mountains.
