Jeff joined Glen Cowan and Associates in 2014 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University, majoring in Management. He went on to complete his AACI, P. App designation in 2026. Since joining the company, Jeff has gained wide-ranging experience analyzing a variety of commercial real estate; industrial, office, retail, investment, multi-family and various types of development lands. He has also developed expertise preparing Reserve Fund Studies and Lifecycle Repair and Replacement Analysis for all types of multi-family developments, campgrounds, care facilities, and bare land properties.
Jeff enjoys getting lost in new hobbies, staying active, and traveling, with the hope of visiting every continent within his lifetime. During the summer months, he can usually be found chasing his lowest scores on the golf course.
