Erin joined Glen Cowan & Associates in 2018 and has grown into a central role overseeing many of the firm’s day-to-day operations. As Office Manager, she is responsible for developing and maintaining the custom appraisal report templates used across all valuation and consulting assignments, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a professional standard of presentation in every deliverable.
Erin also oversees the firm’s computing infrastructure and custom database systems, supporting the technology backbone that drives the appraisal workflow from data collection through to final valuation report production.
