Derek Berreth joined Glen Cowan & Associates in 2019, transitioning from residential valuation into commercial appraisal. He now works across a variety of property types and also completes replacement cost valuations and reserve fund studies. Before appraisal, Derek co-owned a residential concrete company, which explains his hands-on approach, and why he’s still the go-to handyman at home, usually juggling a running list of projects. Once an avid traveler (29 countries), he’s since traded passports for parenting, raising two young boys and embracing the adventure a little closer to home.
