Reece joined the firm in 1998 and became a Candidate Appraiser in 1999. Over the past seventeen plus years Reece has gained significant experience in the valuation of primarily industrial properties, aided by a previous career as a heavy duty mechanic, providing the ability to recognize functional real estate characteristics from a former user’s perspective. Reece also specializes in self storage facility, seniors’ residences, gas bar/convenience store and land appraisals.
Reece achieved the CRA designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2010. He prides himself on being an individual full of integrity, professionalism, hard-work and creativity, values that the entire Appraisal Team possesses. These values help to provide him the skill set to not only identify appraisal issues but also to provide solutions to the various challenges faced on an individual file basis.
